In order to receive a refund under our money back guarantee:

  • You must contact Global Health Trax for a Product Return Authorization Number (PRAN) prior to returning any merchandise.
  • You will be required to return the original container(s) and any unused portion of the product.
  • Merchandise purchased on sale or in a promotional program is not refundable.
  • Some of our products are offered with reduced/free shipping. Please note, if you return a product that had reduced/free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any packages that are refused delivery – and returned to GHT without prior authorization - are not eligible for a refund.
  • We suggest that you obtain delivery confirmation for any package returned to GHT. We cannot be responsible for refunds for packages that are not received at GHT.
